Challenge 2006

To signifiy my new appartment, I was tempted to make Osechi.
To start, I made soup from kelp and fish flakes, which is very important for any Oshechi items as it adds a delicate flavour. It was easy but
by the time I was halfway finished I was really exhausted and decided to skip some items. As you can see the king prawns which were just kind of thrown on the plate in the end.
Each dish seems to be very symple but takes a lot of time and effort.
It might be the first and last time I prepare Osechi.
